Sitia ist eine wunderschöne Küstenstadt auf der Ostseite der Insel Kreta, die für ihre klaren blauen Ufer, ihre Nähe zum berühmten Palmenstrand in Vai und zu vielen ruhigen goldenen Sandküsten bekannt ist. Sitia is a beautiful coastal town on the east side of the island of Crete, known for its clear blue shores, proximity to the famous palm beach in Vai and many calm golden sand coastlines. A long sandy beach surrounds a wide bay east of the city. Down in the fishing port there is a promenade with taverns and cafes. Sitia belongs to the less touristic part of the island and offers an original and relaxed lifestyle.
