Phylaki (Filaki) ist ein modernes Dorf und die archäologische Stätte eines alten minoischen Friedhofs auf Kreta. In der Umgebung, westlich vom Golf von Volos in Thessalien, liegt eine historisch bedeutsame Anhebung an einem Pass zum nördlich davon gelegenen Enipeustal, auf dessen oberster Fläche eine Mauer aus Plattensteinen verläuft. Der Hügel selbst wird auf unterster Ebene durch eine kyklopische Mauer umgrenzt. Diese antiken Baureste lassen auf eine langlebige Siedlung in der Antike und in vorgeschichtlicher Zeit schließen und wird daher mit dem antiken Phylake identifiziert.

Phylaki (Filaki) is a modern village and the archaeological site of an ancient Minoan cemetery in Crete. In the surrounding area, west of the Gulf of Volos in Thessaly, there is a historically significant elevation on a pass to the Enipeus Valley to the north, on the uppermost surface of which a wall of stone slabs runs. The hill itself is bordered on the lowest level by a Cyclopean wall. These ancient building remains suggest a long-lived settlement in antiquity and prehistoric times and are therefore identified with the ancient phylake.
