Asimi ist eine Stadt an der Nordspitze von Messara. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es sich um eine Bergstadt handelt, beschäftigen sich die Einwohner hauptsächlich mit dem Weinbau und dem Olivenanbau. In der Stadt gibt es ein Regionalbüro, einen Kindergarten, eine Grundschule, ein Gymnasium, ein Gymnasium, ein Gesundheitszentrum, Banken, Apotheken, Geschäfte und ein Fußballstadion.
In Asimi gibt es einen Kulturclub, der Veranstaltungen mit kulturellem und sportlichem Charakter organisiert. Der Heilige Titus ist der Heilige der Siedlung und die Zentralkirche und das Fest sind ihm am 25. August gewidmet.

Asimi is a town at the northern tip of Messara. Due to the fact that it is a mountainous town the inhabitants deal mainly with the vine-growing and the olive-growing. At the town there is a regional office, kindergarten, elementary school, high school, high school, health center, banks, pharmacies, shops and there is a football stadium.
In Asimi there is a cultural club, which organizes events of a cultural and athletic character. Saint Titus is the saint of the settlement and the central church and the feast are dedicated to him on August 25th.
